James S. Murray, renowned as “Murr” from the popular TV show Impractical Jokers on truTV, is a multi-talented individual. Apart from being an actor, he is also a writer and executive producer. He is a member of the comedy troupe called the Tenderloins and has served as the senior vice president of development for NorthSouth Productions for more than ten years. Additionally, he is the proud owner of Impractical Productions, Inc. Although originally from Staten Island, he currently resides in Manhattan. Notably, Awakened marks his debut novel.
