“International Bestseller”

In Goodbye, Paris, readers are introduced to Grace, a talented musician whose life took a turn after a traumatic event during her time at music college. Despite her potential, Grace has been unable to perform publicly on her cello ever since. Instead, she has settled into a quiet life in a small English village, dedicating her time to repairing instruments and maintaining a long-distance relationship with David. David has been her rock, helping her rebuild her life while he remains in a loveless marriage, waiting for his children to grow up before he can leave. However, everything changes when David becomes a hero after saving a woman’s life in the Paris Metro. Suddenly, the spotlight is on him, revealing the true state of his relationships. Devastated, Grace hits rock bottom and decides to abandon everything she holds dear, including her dream of participating and winning the world’s most prestigious violin-making competition. It is at this lowest point that her closest friends step in to offer their support. Among them is an elderly violinist with a secret love affair of his own and a talented yet troubled teenage girl who works at the store. Together, they form an unlikely bond, but will their friendship be enough to help Grace rebuild her life? Goodbye, Paris is a heartwarming novel filled with endearing and eccentric characters. Through Grace’s journey, readers are taken on a poignant exploration of relationships, heartbreak, and the various paths to finding happiness in love. It delves into the complexities of human connections and the sacrifices one may have to make to heal and move forward. With its relatable characters and emotional depth, this novel reminds us that sometimes, in order to find true happiness, we must first confront our deepest fears and break our hearts to make them whole again.
