Rosie Daley
Rosie Daley hails from the state of New Jersey. She honed her culinary skills at the renowned Cal-a-Vie spa, located north of San Diego, where she had the pleasure of crossing paths with Oprah Winfrey. For five years, Daley served as Oprah’s chef before venturing into the world of publishing. Her debut book was followed by another collaboration, this time with Andrew Weil, M.D., resulting in the creation of The Healthy Kitchen: Recipes for a Better Body, Life, and Spirit. Currently, she resides in Encinitas, California, embracing the vibrant lifestyle it offers.
