JP Monninger is a renowned author who has received numerous awards for his exceptional writing skills. He has authored several novels for both adults and teenagers, as well as three nonfiction works. The New York Times Book Review has praised Monninger for his ability to approach writing with all his senses open, which is evident in his works.

 

His writing has been featured in various publications such as American Heritage, Scientific American, Readers Digest, Glamour, Playboy, Story, Fiction, The Boston Globe, Sports Illustrated, and Ellery Queen, among others. Monninger has been recognized for his outstanding work by receiving fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts twice.
